Our apartments on offer are to be rented as a whole, not only by room. However, if you team up with flatmates then the whole apartment can be rented in its entirety. Should a flatmate decide to relocate and depart from the flat group, then we work together to find a successor.

We focus exclusively on Turn Key apartments, offering fresh, modern, fully furnished housing. All flats are fully equipped and ready to move in. Therefore, you only bring in your personal belongings & towels.
Flats include furnished living quarters, washing machine, kitchenware, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, iron and ironing board etc.
Bedrooms include:
- Bed and mattress
- Mattress cover, pillow, duvet, and bed sheets
- Desk and chair, desk light
- Clothes closet & hangers
Maintenance
Keeping our properties well-maintained & in good condition is key. Our tenants can always reach our desk manager to report defects and/ or service requests. We will duly be taking care of issues in a reasonable amount of time, emergencies of the highest priority.
